submission criteria for submission of podcasts :

1) By Submission of a audio file you are permitting it to be broadcast by gs.com and Ragnar anchorage.

2) All files must be in MP3 or WMA format and be no longer than 3 mins in length

3) Personal Attacks on Members will not be broadcast all casts will be subject to RA codes.
